As you know by now, I am a huge believer in the Law of Attraction and a positive mindset.

To get the results in business you want, you have to believe it to achieve it. Also, we can change our mindset with positivity and gratitude.

The more grateful we are, the higher our vibration to the universe.  We are all made of energy, atoms are tiny balls of energy, and everything is made from atoms.  So it stands to reason that we are made up of energy.

To manifest what we want in life, we have to send out positive energy to the universe to achieve the same back.

I use gratitude’s to tell the universe what I am grateful for, as you cannot be negative when you are grateful. I also use Affirmations, to tell my subconscious mind a different story to the one, it thinks it currently has.

Gratitude’s and Affirmations

The best time to say, write or think affirmations and gratitude’s is in the first and last hour of the day, this is when our mind is in the Theta state and is the most receptive. The most powerful way to believe these statements is to say them out loud or to write them down. But you have to believe them when you write or think them. I have a load of Affirmations, free to download on my resources page if you want more inspiration.

Visualisation

To get the things you want in live, it is best to visualize them.  Build a picture of your goal, in your mind.  Where are you, what are you wearing, who are you with, what are you thinking, how do you feel, what can you smell? The more detail you can give the more powerful the vibration you are sending out.

Vision Board

To help get clarity on what you are visualising, you could build up a vision board. This is something you could have on Pinterest or just cut and paste onto an A4 piece of card. But have it visible to help you build a picture in your mind when you visualize.

Morning Routine

So my morning routine, is early on in the day, when I am having my morning cup of coffee, I write down three affirmations, 3 gratitude’s, spend five minutes visualizing my goals, and then I write out how I want my day to go, so I visualize my day. I end the day with the same 3 affirmations and gratitude’s before I go to bed. I also write down the best thing that happened to me that day. To help celebrate my day.
